How does the Free trial work?
You get 500 trial credits at signup. For the first 7 days you have full access to your balance. After 7 days, your balance is capped at 100 (or whatever you have left, whichever is less) so you can keep evaluating at a lower volume. Upgrade to any paid plan to remove the cap and unlock recurring monthly grants.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrade and downgrade any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference; downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my quota?
If you're on a paid subscription, requests keep flowing — we bill overage at $5 per 1,000 credits(rounded up to $0.05) on your next invoice so your integration doesn't hard-stop mid-month. You can see accrued overage on your billing page.

If you're on the Free trial or have no active subscription, requests get a 402 Payment Required with an upgrade hint — buy a credit pack or start a subscription to keep going.
How do credit packs and monthly plans stack?
Credit packs sit alongside your monthly plan and stretch your runway when you have a one-off burst. Three rules:
  • Pack credits expire after 12 monthsfrom purchase. Monthly plan credits reset every billing cycle and don't roll over.
  • Monthly plan credits are consumed first within a cycle. Pack credits only burn after the monthly bucket is dry, so buying a pack mid-cycle is never wasted.
  • Pack credits do not unlock plan-gated features(CSV exports, webhooks) and do not raise your per-minute rate limit. Those follow the plan you're on.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes — annual billing on Pro and above saves roughly two months. Email [email protected] to switch.
Can I use this with AI agents (Claude, Cursor, OpenCode)?
Yes. MCP access is included on every paid plan (Developer and above) — MCP calls draw from the same monthly credit bucket as REST, no separate budget. If you ONLY want MCP and don't need REST, the standalone MCP Starter plan is $5/mo for 1,000 MCP-only credits. See the MCP docs for install steps in Claude, Cursor, OpenCode, and other MCP clients.
What about open-source projects?

How does Enterprise pricing work?
Enterprise is a custom contract that combines volume, SSO, dedicated support, and an uptime SLA. Typical engagements start at $2k/mo with annual commits. Reach out for a quote tailored to your usage.
Is this FCRA-covered data?
No. Florida Business API publishes public business filings from the Florida Division of Corporations and is not a consumer reporting agency. The data may not be used for credit, employment, tenant, or insurance decisions.
